Returns
We want your shopping experience to be a pleasant one. These policies and procedures have been established so that costs are kept low and the shopping experience is a fair one for all parties.
You may return or exchange any merchandise you order within 25 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs.
In order for returns to be accepted, merchandise must be in its original condition in the original packaging, unlaundered with the tags still attached.
If the item you receive is not what you ordered or is defective, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money in full including shipping charges, within a period of 25 days from the date of purchase.
Prior to returning any merchandise, please call or email us to obtain a Return Authorization.
Please examine your order immediately upon receipt to make sure that it conforms to the description on the website. Please let us know as soon as possible if the merchandise you order is different from its description . You may return or exchange such merchandise within 25 days of the purchase date provided it fulfills the conditions for a return as described above. We reserve the right to determine what is differente and also reserve the right to refund or not to refund the shipping charges based on our determination.
